Carton Seal Applicator
The Apex Carton Seal Applicator is a specially designed corner wrap seal applicator for primary goods destined for overseas markets.
The system can apply up to 24 products per minute to the leading, trailing or twin edges of variable-sized cartons depending on the needs of your application and can be easily integrated with your existing production lines or run as a standalone unit.
The Carton Seal Applicator also features a self-aligning conveyor belt, camera-based verification of your seals, ‘no lid’ detection and line control output for rejected cartons, as well as a through machine ARB conveyor and pop up gate.
As with all Apex equipment, the Carton Seal Applicator is available ‘off-the-shelf’ or can be customised to meet your unique requirements. No matter your needs, we will work with you to deliver a labelling solution that fits your application rather than changing your application change to suit the labelling solution.
